AI training for business teams

Custom curriculum, taught on your tools, with your settings, for your departments and roles. Your team learns on the work they already do -- their quotes, their reports, their month-end close. Not practice exercises on a generic platform.

Built for your company, not off a shelf

Your tools, and your settings.

We teach on the platform your company actually licenses, configured the way your administrator has it -- not a demo account with everything switched on. If your team cannot reach a feature, we do not teach it as though they can. Where you run more than one platform, the course can be delivered in two parts covering both.

Your departments, and your roles.

Finance and the shop floor do not need the same session. The material is built per role, and the follow-up material each person gets afterwards is role-specific too.

Your actual work.

Everyone arrives with a real, recurring task from their own job. That task is what they solve during the session. Nobody practices on a made-up example.

Everyone leaves with something that works.

A prompt library, a working assistant, a process written down so a colleague can run it. Not notes.

What we teach

Generative AI

Your team writes, analyzes, summarizes and drafts with AI, then builds assistants that do it their way. Three courses.

Agentic AI

Instead of asking for an answer, your team builds something that runs the process. Three courses.

Eight courses in total, including two that qualify your own people to teach the rest.

Other ways to train your team

The SkillSpout Current

More than a course library. Role-specific video, workflow suggestions, and assistants your team builds and keeps -- plus a view for leaders of who is accelerating and who needs more support.

We qualify your own people to teach the courses, so you are not booking us every time. Two certifications, one per track.

Coaching sessions

Thirty minutes, one to one, on whatever someone is stuck on. Often what turns a good session into a habit.

Custom sessions, built for one group

Not every team needs the full course series. Some want one focused session, designed for their people and their platform, delivered on site. These are built from scratch for the group rather than adapted from a standard course.

Microsoft Copilot Intensive

For teams rolling out Copilot who need people actually using it. Every hands-on segment happens inside Copilot, on participants' own laptops, with their own real work. Built around your license, your tenant configuration, and what your IT team has and has not switched on.

Claude Cowork Intensive

Hands-on work in Claude, building rather than asking. Your team learns to create skills -- small reusable pieces that do a job on demand -- and to run their own agents, instead of asking a chatbot one question at a time. The work happens on your real workflows, in an environment set up in advance so the session goes to building and not to setup. Every participant leaves with at least one working skill of their own, running on their own work.

Executive Leadership AI Training

A working session for leaders, organized around judgment rather than software. What these tools are, where they fail, what should never go near them, how to evaluate a vendor selling them, and what a leader says to their own team when the questions start. Every leader brings real work from their own list and leaves with one finished thing.

How a training engagement runs

01

Before

We find out who is in the room, what they do, which platform you run and how your administrator has it configured. Then the session is built around your work, using processes your team names.

02

During

In person at your site, live online, or blended. Everyone brings real work and leaves having done it faster.

03

After

Role-specific material through the SkillSpout Current, available from 30 days before the course through 30 days after.

What this looks like in practice

A supplier evaluation that took six hours now takes thirty minutes.

Fifteen to twenty of the same questions a day, answered by an assistant in about ten minutes.

Eight hours a week back, from automating meeting notes.

Client names on request.

Questions we get

Should we do strategy first?

Often, yes -- and it is worth taking seriously. Training works best when someone has already decided what it is for. Without that, teams learn the tools and then go back to doing the work the same way, because nobody agreed what should change.

A short strategy session settles which parts of the business are worth changing, in what order, and what your rules are. Then the training has something to aim at, and you train the right people on the right things instead of everyone on everything.

If more than one department wants something different, or you do not have written rules yet, start there.

Do we need to know anything about AI before we start?

No. Most teams we train start from zero, and we regularly run sessions with complete beginners and confident users in the same room.

How long does training take?

Foundations of AI is 6 hours. Every other course is 12. Most companies start with one and add from there.

How many people can you train at once?

Up to 20 in a group.

Do you train on the tools we already have?

Yes -- that is the point. We teach on your licensed platform, configured the way you actually have it. If you pay for Microsoft 365 you already own AI tools most companies never switch on. We also train on Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.

Is the training the same for everyone in the company?

No. The material is built per department and per role, because finance and the shop floor do not need the same session. The self-paced follow-up each person gets is role-specific too.

Will this cost people their jobs?

That is not what we do and it is not what happens. We work on the paperwork and the waiting -- the parts of the job nobody wanted. Companies that do this well grow into the capacity.

Is there funding available?

Sometimes. Some employers offset training costs through state or federal programs. The employer applies; we are not part of the application.
