AI training and adoption for
teams of all sizes

We train your people to use AI on the work they already do. Across our clients that's six or more hours back per person, per week.

Sound familiar?

Your best people are buried in paperwork. You can't find anyone to hire, and the ones you have spend half their week on quotes, reports, and data entry.

Your team is already using AI and nobody set the rules. Someone is pasting company numbers into a free chatbot right now.

You've sat through the demos and still don't know what to do Monday. Every vendor has a platform. Nobody has told you which of your processes to fix first.

Four ways in, depending on where you are

Training

Your team learns to use AI on their own work, on the tools your company already runs. In person, online, or self-paced. Most companies start here.

Strategy

Decide where AI pays off and in what order. Short working sessions, each ending with a decision you can act on.

Build

We build the assistants, connectors and skill packs with your team, and leave them running.

Consulting

AI advisory services for companies that want a person rather than a project.

Not sure which? Answer a few questions and we'll tell you where you are -- or just call us. We'd rather point you at the right one than sell you the wrong one.

Why teams pick us

Built on your tools, not a generic platform. We teach inside the software your company already licenses, configured the way your administrator has it. Your departments and roles shape the material, so nobody sits through a session about features they can't reach.

Everyone leaves with something working.Every participant brings a real, recurring task from their own job and solves it during the session. Not a practice exercise, and we measure the time it saves.

We stay after the training.Adoption gets tracked, leaders can see who's moving and who's stalled, and the assistants your team builds keep running. Most rollouts fail in the months after the training, which is the part most providers don't cover.

The SkillSpout Current

Custom training on the tools your company already uses, help making your real workflows AI-ready, and the assistants your team builds along the way. Your team works at their own pace and a live check-in closes every stage.

What it looks like when it works

A sales leader handling four times the volume. Same person, same week -- the difference is what she stopped doing by hand.

Fifteen to twenty repeat questions a day, down to about ten minutes. A membership director built an assistant to do the lookup. What used to take her morning now takes ten minutes.

Eight hours a week back from meeting notes alone. One team automated the write-up and never went back.

Questions we get

What does SkillSpout do?

We help your team save time by rebuilding the work they do every day around AI, then we prove the hours saved. Rather than teaching generic AI concepts, we find your team's highest-friction workflows, build AI-enabled versions, and train your people on those. We also develop the custom AI assistants and agents that make it run, then measure what changed. Strategy, training, implementation and the builds -- one partner, start to finish.

How is SkillSpout different from online AI courses or certifications?

Generic AI courses end when the training does. We own the whole adoption path: the workflow audit, the AI builds, hands-on training tied to your team's actual jobs, and the measurement afterward. Our training is built on the tools your company already licenses, for your departments and roles -- not a generic platform with everything switched on. Clients get an hours-back report, not only a certificate, and the capability stays inside the organization when we leave.

How quickly can organizations expect results?

Most people solve a real task from their own job during their first session, so the first result arrives the same day. At the organization level, our training programs achieve a 90+% adoption rate and return an average of 6 or more hours per person per week. Clients have reclaimed anywhere from 10 to 56 hours per week across their teams, because we measure from day one rather than after a certificate is issued.

What is the Human-First AI model?

We believe in using AI to enhance human capability. In practice that means every engagement starts with the people doing the work and what would actually help them -- we work on the paperwork and the waiting, the parts of the job nobody wanted, and what your team builds is theirs to keep. It's also a five-stage model for how an organization matures: Foundational, Applied, Embedded, Agentic and Cultural, each pairing capability training with leadership strategy so adoption happens in a clear order rather than through scattered experiments.

Do you train on the tools we already have?

Yes. We're AI-agnostic and we teach inside your existing stack. If you pay for Microsoft 365, you already own AI tools most companies never switch on. We also train on Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and we teach on the platform your company actually licenses, configured the way your administrator has it. No new platforms required to get started.

Do we need to know anything about AI before we start?

No. Most teams we train start from zero, and we regularly run sessions with complete beginners and advanced users in the same room.

What size organizations do you work with?

Organizations of all sizes, from small businesses through to large enterprise teams, and often a single department inside a bigger organization. We've delivered programs across manufacturing, professional services, construction, marketing, staffing, nonprofits and foundations, member organizations and technology consulting.

Do you work with organizations outside Ohio?

Yes. We work with companies across the country and deliver virtually, in person, or a mix of both. Our self-paced and virtual programs mean distance doesn't change what a team gets. We're headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

How long does it take?

Our entry course, Foundations of AI, is six hours per person. Most companies run a series of courses over a few months rather than all at once.
