Decide where AI is worth using, and in what order

Short working sessions, each one ending with something you can act on. Which parts of your business are worth changing, what order to do them in, and what your rules need to say.

Most companies start in the wrong place

The usual story: someone buys licenses, a few people try it, interest fades in six weeks, and the company decides AI doesn't work for them. What actually happened is that nobody decided what it was for.

The other story: leadership waits to be sure, while the team starts using tools nobody approved. That isn't a technology problem. It's a rules problem, and companies tend to find out at the worst possible time.

Both get fixed the same way. Decide first, spend second.

When to start here

Start with strategy if:

  • More than one department wants something different
  • You need rules in place before you let people loose on the tools
  • A board member, customer or auditor has asked what your AI position is
  • You have tried before and it did not stick

Go straight to training if:

  • You know what your team needs to learn and you just want them able to do it
  • This is one department, not the whole company
  • You already know where it would help
